Occasionally, a pouch of pet food may go missing which may be due to human or machine error. If this happens to you, find out what to do here.
We pack our boxes in two different ways: either mechanically or by hand. Occasionally technology lets us down, but there’s also good old-fashioned human error.
To help us work out where we went wrong, please contact us at 1800-88-7462 to raise this issue. Do remember to capture a photo as well as the batch code from the product and box. That information then gets passed on to our Quality Assurance team who are dedicated to continuously improve our processes.
