Jack Lim or better known as Lam Tak Wing is today a household name especially with his many loyal listeners and fans who never fail to tune in to the breakfast show on MYFM 101.8FM which he co-hosts with Mei Yan every week day morning, and the MYFM chartshow which he co-hosts with Wai Fun on weekends. Both programs boast of fetching the highest listenership ratings in the country in respect of Chinese radio for their respective program and chartshow categories respectively.
Jack has worn many hats, starting off as a television actor more than 14 years ago and then a singer who has had 5 albums (2 solos and 3 compilations), a host of game events and ASTRO Talent Quest before he landed his current role as radio announcer which he truly enjoys. He can hardly believe he actually talks to over 2.2 million Malaysians every morning.
Producing and directing 4 grand shows for his station, including 3 anniversary shows which were huge successes are some of his greatest challenges in his career. He was also cast in Jack Neo’s recent box office hit movie titled, “AhLongPteLtd” next to famed Singapore actors, Mark Lee and Fann Wong.  This humble 33 year old man feels only too lucky to be where he is today. Jack is also the top MYFM deejay and ranked No.4 in the country in AC Nielson’s last statistical ranking report.

Gan Mei Yan started off as a TV co-host for a youth challenge program back in 2004, not long after graduating with a Diploma in Media Studies from TAR College. She caught her present co-host on MYFM Jack Lim’s eye when he appeared as a special guest on the program. Shortly after that, she became a full time radio announcer on the most listened to breakfast radio on MYFM 101.8FM. Although her learning curve was a very steep one, she picked up really fast as a junior and was able to manage the breakfast show on her own in less than 6 months. She was only 20 years of age then. In 2006, she was selected as the co-host for a fashion lifestyle program which brought her to many countries in Asia. She is today the information host for ASTRO on Demand and host for ASTRO’s first make-over program called YES Madam! on AEC Channel 301. At 24 today, this talented lady’s future is certainly looking very bright!
