This Contest is organised by Purina PetCare (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. [581278-K] ["the Organiser"] and is open to Malaysian residents who are older than 18 years of age as of 9 April 2007. Those who are under 18 years old must get their parent or guardian's consent to participate and to provide the parent or guardian's name and NRIC or Passport No. |

The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest:
a. Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organiser [including its associated and related companies] and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses]; and/or
b. Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser, and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses]. |

| PURINA ONE™ website member |
| 1. |
Individuals must be registered as a PURINA ONE™ website member via www.purinaone.com.my to be a participant of this Contest. |
| 2. |
Please refer to the privacy policy in this website for membership which will bind the members and users of the website. |
| 3. |
Each individual may only have one [1] PURINA ONE™ website member account. |
| 4. |
Registration is only open to Malaysian residents with a valid NRIC or Passport No., residential address and email address. |

| Contest Registration |
| 1. |
The Contest will run from 9 April 2007 until 25 May 2007 ["Contest Period"]. This Contest is only open to participants who are residing in the following states and territory: Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Pulau Pinang, Selangor, Terengganu, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur and Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya. |

Contest registration period will run from 9 April 2007 until 12.00 noon 19 April 2007 ["Registration Period"]. Registrations received outside the Registration Period will be automatically disqualified. |

In order to qualify as a contestant, participants must be a member of the PURINA ONE™ website. During registration for the Contest, participants are required to indicate if they are a MYFM or mixfm radio station listener, provide their dog's details, upload a picture of their dog and submit an original caption based on the question "Why do you want to take up the PURINA ONE™ 30-Day Performance Challenge?" in not more than FIFTY [50] words. In the event that they are listeners of both stations, participants are requested to choose only ONE [1] station. |

Participants must be the owner of the dog and only the owner's dog may appear in the photos. Each participant is only entitled to ONE [1] registration and may only enter ONE [1] dog into the Contest. Subsequent registrations by the same participant will be disqualified. |
| 5. |
Only ONE [1] registration is allowed per dog. Subsequent registrations with the same dog will be disqualified. Dog must be living at time of registration and the dog appearing in the photo may not wear any dog outfit. |
| 6. |
Only ONE [1] registration is allowed per household. Subsequent registrations from the same household will be disqualified. In the event that there is more than one [1] dog in the same household, only ONE [1] dog may be registered for the Contest. |
| 7. |
Participants who have successfully registered for the Contest will be grouped into TWO [2] groups; MYFM and mixfm radio station; throughout the Contest Period. |
| 8. |
All photos must comply with the following specifications:
- Minimum photo resolution: 240 X 320 pixels
- Maximum photo resolution: 600 x 800 pixels
- Maximum file size for 1 photo: 1 MB
- Format allowed: .JPG, JPEG, GIF or BMP
Please see other entry requirements as stated below. All entries which do not comply with any of the above mentioned specifications, requirements and the terms and conditions herein will be automatically disqualified. |

If at any time during the Contest Period, any participant is found to breach the terms and conditions of this Contest, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the participant at any point in time. |
| 10. |
By registering for this Contest, all participants agree and acknowledge that the captions and photos submitted by the participants and all intellectual property right thereto shall belong to the Organiser. The Organiser shall have the exclusive right to use, edit, modify and use all captions and photos submitted by the participants, publish the name of the participants, in any way it deems fit for any advertising, promotional purpose and for any other reason whatsoever without any payment or compensation to the participant. |

| Contest Details |
| 1. |
The prizes for this Contest consist of two [2] categories:
a. Challenge Taker Prize
There will be a total of TWENTY [20] prizes to be won for this category. TEN [10] of these prizes will be won by participants from the MYFM radio station group while another TEN [10] will be won by participants from the mixfm radio station group. Each winner will receive RM500.00 and a SIX [6] months supply of PURINA ONE™ dog food worth RM600.00. Winners of this category will be announced on air on 20 April 2007 over MYFM radio station at 8:30am - 9:00am and on mixfm station radio at 7:00am - 8:00am. Results will also be published on www.purinaone.com.my.
b. Grand Prize
Out of the Challenge Takers Prize winners, there will be TWO [2] prizes to be won for this category by any TWO [2] Challenge Takers. ONE [1] of these prizes will be won by a Challenge Taker from the MYFM radio station group while the other ONE [1] will be won by a Challenge Taker from the mixfm radio station group. Each winner will receive RM10,000.00 and a one [1] year supply of PURINA ONE™ dog food worth RM1,200.00. Winners of this category will be announced on air on 28 May 2007 over MYFM radio station at 8:30am - 9:00am and on mixfm radio station at 7:00am - 8:00am. Results will also be published on www.purinaone.com.my. |

In choosing the TWENTY [20] winners of the Challenge Taker Prize, the judging criteria shall be based on creativity and originality of the captions, the appearance of the registered dog from the photo and the originality of the photo. The judges' decisions are final and no correspondence shall be entertained. Winners will be announced on air over MYFM radio station at 8:30am – 9:00am and on mixfm radio station at 7:00am – 8:00am during 'The Breakfast Show' slot on 20 April 2007. |

In order to qualify for the Grand Prize, all Challenge Taker Prize winners must login to www.purinaone.com.my to post their dog's weekly progress by submitting ONE [1] weekly picture of their dog, update the weekly scorecard and provide a description of their dog's weekly progress, after being fed with PURINA ONE™ dog food in not more than ONE HUNDRED [100] words for a total of FIVE [5] weeks from 23 April 2007 until 25 May 2007. Challenge Takers who fail to update by the end of the week [every Sunday 17:00:00 during Contest Period] will be sent a reminder via e-mail and/or SMS. Challenge Takers who still fail to update by the next day, i.e. Monday 17:00:00 will be automatically disqualified. |

All qualified Challenge Takers will be published in www.purinaone.com.my for viewing and for PURINA ONE™ website members to cast their votes from 23 April 2007 until 25 May 2007 for a total of FIVE [5] weeks ["Voting Period"]. Only PURINA ONE™ website members are allowed to vote for their favourite Challenge Takers. Each PURINA ONE™ website member is only allowed to vote once for any Challenge Taker, once a week. Only votes received within the Voting Period will be considered as valid votes. |

In addition to the above prizes for this Contest, there is a 'Voters Incentive Prize'. There will be TWENTY [20] prizes to be won by the voters. Each winner will receive:
- PURINA ONE™ products worth RM150.00.

In order to qualify for the 'Voters Incentive Prize', PURINA ONE™ website members have to vote for their favourite Challenge Takers and complete the following slogan "I voted for this Challenge Taker because…" in not more than TWENTY FIVE [25] words. |
| 7. |
Only voters who voted for the Grand Prize winner will be considered to qualify for the 'Voters Incentive Prize'. In choosing the TWENTY [20] winners for the 'Voters Incentive Prize', the judging criteria shall be based on creativity and originality of the submitted slogan. |
| 8. |
At the end of Contest Period, all Challenge Takers will be required to attend a ground event on 27 May 2007 at a venue located in the Klang Valley, with their dogs to appear before a panel of judges who will decide the Grand Prize winners. Any Challenge Taker who fails to turn up for the event, fails to bring his/her dog, or the dog is not the same dog which appeared in the photos submitted throughout the Contest Period will be disqualified |

The voting by PURINA ONE™ website members will constitute 50% of the votes for the Grand Prize winners, while the remaining 50% will be based on the judging by the selected panel of judges. |
| 10. |
The judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entertained. |
| 11. |
Each participant is entitled to win only one [1] prize for each category. |
| 12. |
Winners will be announced on air over MYFM and mixfm radio station and also be published on www.purinaone.com.my. The Challenge Takers will be notified via email and/or by phone based on the details which they have provided during registration. The Organiser shall not be held responsible nor liable in the event the winner[s] cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever following efforts by the Organiser to contact the winner[s]. |

All transportation, accommodation, if any, personal costs, expenses and/or other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred in participating in this Contest, in attending the selection of the Grand Prize Winner event, to be held on 27 May 2007 at a venue located in the Klang Valley, and to redeem the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner, and the winner must abide by the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any. |

Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. All prizes must be claimed within TWO [2] months from the date of notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the email notification to the winner[s]. |
| 15. |
The Challenge Taker prize will be delivered to the address provided during registration by the winning participants. All cost of delivery will be borne by the Organiser however, the Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the Challenge Taker prize. |
| 16. |
Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents [including death] resulting from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or usage of the prizes. All prizes are given on an "as is" basis. |
| 17. |
The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, in part of in full. |
| 18. |
The Organiser reserves the right to use the names and/or photographs of the winners as materials for the purposes of advertising and publicity and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials. |
| 19. |
By participating in this Contest, the participants agree to release and hold the Organiser free and harmless of any all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the participation in this Contest. |
| 20. |
Participants also agree that the Organiser is not responsible nor liable for any delay, injury or damage to the participant's and/or any third party's computer, computer system or apparatus relating to or resulting from the access to www.purinaone.com.my, participation in this Contest, including the playing, downloading of any materials or information from the web-site including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction. |

The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet. |

The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Contest in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser, despite the best efforts of the Organiser. |

The web-site www.purinaone.com.my is provided on an "as is" bases and, except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, the Organiser expressly disclaim any warranty of any kind, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Organiser cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific results from use of www.purinaone.com.my. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us, or from or through www.purinaone.com.my shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein. |

The Organiser, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest submission process, the operation of this Contest or to be in violation of the Conditions of Access of the web-site. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the PURINA ONE™ website member account of any person who it reasonably suspects has violated or infringed any of these general terms and conditions and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this online Contest, the Contest submission process or the web-site. |

The Organiser, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without any prior notice. |

By participating in this Contest, all participants agree to be bound by the Contest terms and conditions |
| 27. |
The Rules & Regulations are given in English and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistencies between any of the TWO [2] versions, the English language version of the Rules & Regulations shall prevail. |

| Other Entry Requirements |
| 1. |
All photos submitted must be original and shall not breach any intellectual property rights belonging to any party. The participants shall not pose, distribute, reproduce or submit in any way whatsoever, any photos containing any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, or other proprietary information owned by another party without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such intellectual property rights or proprietary information. If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on www.purinaone.com.my in a way that constitutes an intellectual property infringement, please contact the Organiser. |
| 2. |
There must not be any proprietary dog outfits, background containing proprietary artwork or recognizable commercial logos in the photos. |
| 3. |
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participants found to be associated with any animal cruelty offence or allegations in the present or in the past which may cause embarrassment to the Organiser. |

| Prohibited Content. |
| 1. |
Below is a partial list of contents that is illegal or prohibited on www.purinaone.com.my. Posting of any of this content by the participant may, in the Organiser's sole discretion, result in termination of membership in addition to the disqualification of entry. In addition, the Organiser reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action, in its sole discretion, against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from www.purinaone.com.my and reporting such violators to the appropriate legal authorities. Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to, contents which, in the Organiser's sole judgment: |

- is offensive to the online community, such as contents that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
- harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
- involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," "spam," or any other unsolicited mass mailing, e-mailing, or other communication;
- includes any information that [1] the participant knows is false or misleading, [2] promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, or [3] is threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous;
- constitutes or includes any illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted or copyrightable work, including, but not limited to, [1] pirated computer programs or links to them, [2] information which circumvents manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices;
- displays obscene, pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
- includes material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner;
- includes material showing or depicting any offensive or violent acts whether involving other person or persons or any animal or not
- provides instructional information about illegal activities including but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.
