This PURINA ONE™ 30 - DAY PERFORMANCE CHALLENGE CONTEST [“the Contest”] is organised by Purina PetCare [Malaysia] Sdn. Bhd. [581278-K] [“the Organiser”]. The contest is open to all Malaysian residents [participants below 18 years old as of 17 March 2008 must get their parent or guardian’s prior consent to participate]. |

The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest:
|

a. |
Employees of the Organiser [including its associated and related companies] and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses]; and/or
|
| |
b. |
Representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of the Organiser [including their associated and related companies] and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses]. |

|
| DURATION |
| 1. |
This Contest will run from 17 March 2008 to 02 May 2008 [“the Contest Period”]. The Organiser shall reserve the right to amend the Contest Period at any time. All entries received outside the Contest Period will be disqualified. |
| |
|
| SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES AND QUALIFYING CRITERIA |
| 1. |
To participate in this Contest the participants must be registered as a PURINA ONE™ website member via www.purinaone.com.my. During registration, participant is required to indicate if his/her dog is currently a PURINA ONE™ dog food user or not, upload a photograph of his/her dog and submit an original answer based on the question “What are the improvements you want to see in your dog after consuming PURINA ONE™ dog food?” in not more than FIFTY [50] words. |
| 2. |
Each participant may only have ONE [1] PURINA ONE™ website member account. Please refer to the privacy policy and the terms and conditions in this website, which will bind the members and users of the website.

| 3. |
Registration is only open to Malaysian residents with a valid NRIC or Passport No., residential address and e-mail address. |
| 4. |
Contest registration period will run from 00:00:00 17 March 2008 until 23:59:59 27 March 2008 ["Registration Period"]. Registrations received outside the Registration Period will be automatically disqualified. |
| 5. |
To participate, a photograph of a dog must be uploaded on the website. Participants must be the owner of the dog and only the owner's dog may appear in the photograph. Each participant is only entitled to ONE [1] registration and may only enter ONE [1] dog into the Contest. Subsequent registrations by the same participant will be disqualified. |
| 6. |
Only ONE [1] registration is allowed per dog. Subsequent registrations with the same dog will be disqualified. Dog must be living at time of registration and the dog appearing in the photographs may not wear any dog outfit.

| 7. |
Only ONE [1] registration is allowed per household. Subsequent registrations from the same household will be disqualified. In the event that there is more than one [1] dog in the same household, only ONE [1] dog may be registered for the Contest. Subsequent registration will be disqualified. |
| 8. |
Participants who have successfully registered for the Contest will be grouped into TWO [2] groups; PURINA ONE™ product users [“User Group”] and non PURINA ONE™ product users [“Non-User Group”], throughout the Contest Period. |
| 9. |
All photographs must comply with the following specifications: |

• Minimum photograph resolution : 320 X 240 pixels
• Maximum photograph resolution: 800 x 600 pixels
• Maximum file size for 1 photograph : 1 MB
• Format allowed: .JPG, JPEG, GIF or BMP |
| 10. |
All photographs submitted must be original and shall not breach any intellectual property rights belonging to any party. The participants shall not pose, distribute, reproduce or submit in any way whatsoever, any photos containing any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, or other proprietary information owned by another party without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such intellectual property rights or proprietary information. If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on www.purinaone.com.my in a way that constitutes an intellectual property infringement, please contact the Organiser.

There must not be any proprietary dog outfits, background containing proprietary artwork or recognizable commercial logos in the photographs. |

Please see other entry requirements as stated below. All entries which do not comply with any of the above mentioned specifications, requirements and the terms and conditions herein will be automatically disqualified. |

| PRIZES |
| 1. |
The prizes for this Contest will be divided into THREE [3] categories: Challenge Taker Prize, Grand Prize and Voters Incentive Prize.
|
| 2. |
Each participant can win only ONE [1] prize from each category. |
| |
|
| |
CHALLENGE TAKER PRIZE |
| |
There will be TEN [10] prizes to be won for this category. The TEN [10] winners [“Challenge Taker”] will be selected from the User Group and Non-User Group by a panel of judges selected by the Organiser by 28 March 2008. Challenge Takers will each receive cash prize of Ringgit Malaysia FIVE HUNDRED [RM 500] and a SIX [6] months supply of PURINA ONE™ dog food [worth RM600]. |

i. |
The number of winners for each group is determined based on the proportion of registrations received for the User Group and the Non-User Group. For example, if each group receives equal number of registrations, FIVE [5] winners will be chosen from each group |

ii. |
The judging criteria shall be based on creativity and originality of the answer to the question, best appearance of the dog from the photograph submitted and the originality of the photograph. |
| |
iii. |
Winners of this category will be announced on air on 31 March 2008 over MYFM radio station during Breakfast Show. Results will also be published on www.purinaone.com.my. |

| |
GRAND PRIZE |
| |
There will be only ONE [1] prize to be won by any of the TEN [10] Challenge Takers for this category during the entire Contest Period. The winners will be selected based on votes by PURINA ONE™ members and a panel of judges selected by the Organiser. Grand Prize winner will receive cash prize, Ringgit Malaysia TEN THOUSAND [RM10,000] and ONE [1] year supply of PURINA ONE™ dog food [worth RM1,200]. |

i. |
In order to qualify for the Grand Prize, the Challenge Takers must login to www.purinaone.com.my to post their dog’s weekly progress by submitting ONE [1] weekly picture of their dog, updating the weekly scorecard and providing a description of their dog’s weekly progress, after being fed with PURINA ONE™ dog food in not more than ONE HUNDRED [100] words each week for a total of FOUR [4] weeks from 7 April 2008 until 2 May 2008. |

ii. |
On week FOUR [4], there will be an additional 90-second video footage to be uploaded and made available on the website for each participating Challenge Takers. The video footages will be taken by a third party as arranged by the Organiser. The details and the terms and conditions for the video footage will be communicated later to the Challenge Takers.

iii. |
Challenge Takers who fail to update by the end of each week [every Monday 12:00:00 during 7 April 2008 until 2 May 2008 will be sent a reminder via e-mail and/or SMS. The Challenge Takers who still fail to update by the next day, i.e. Tuesday 17:00:00 will be automatically disqualified. |

iv. |
Only PURINA ONE™ website members are allowed to vote for their favourite Qualified Challenge Takers from 7 April 2008 until 2 May 2008 for a total of FOUR [4] weeks ["Voting Period"]. |
| |
v. |
Each PURINA ONE™ website member is only allowed to vote once a week for any of the Challenge Takers during the Voting Period. |
| |
vi. |
Only votes received within the Voting Period will be considered as valid votes. |
| |
vii. |
The voting by PURINA ONE™ website members will constitute 50% of the votes for the Grand Prize winners, while the remaining 50% will be based on the judging by the selected panel of judges. |
| |
viii. |
The Winner of the Grand Prize will be announced on air on 5 May 2008 over MYFM radio station during Breakfast Show. Results will also be published on www.purinaone.com.my. |

| |
VOTERS INCENTIVE PRIZE |
| |
There will be TEN [10] prizes to be won for this category. The judging criteria shall be based on creativity and originality of the submitted slogan. Each winner will receive PURINA ONE™ products worth Ringgit Malaysia ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY [RM150]. |
| |
i. |
In order to qualify for the Voters Incentive Prize, PURINA ONE™ website members have to vote for their favourite Challenge Taker and complete the following slogan "I voted for this Challenge Taker because…" in not more than TWENTY FIVE [25] words.

ii. |
Only voters who voted for the Grand Prize winner will be considered to qualify for the Voters Incentive Prize. |

|
|
PRIZES REDEMPTION |
| 1. |
Winners will be announced on air over MYFM radio station and also be published on www.purinaone.com.my.
|
| 2. |
The winners will be notified via email and/or by telephone based on the details which they have provided during registration. The Organiser shall not be held responsible nor liable in the event the winner[s] cannot be contacted for any reason whatsoever following efforts by the Organiser to contact the winner[s]. |
| 3. |
All prizes must be claimed within TWO [2] months from the date of notification. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the email notification to the winner[s] or if they are non-contactable by telephone. |
| 4. |
The prizes will be delivered to the participants’ address provided during Contest registration. All cost of delivery will be borne by the Organiser. However, the Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the prize. |
| 5. |
All prizes are given on an “As Is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit or goods, in part or in full. |
| 6. |
The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, in part of in full. |

| LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY |
| 1. |
All transportation, accommodation, if any, personal costs, expenses and/or other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred in participating in this Contest and to redeem the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner, and the winner must abide by the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.

Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) resulting from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or usage of the prizes. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident (including death) in any manner whatsoever. |

By participating in this Contest, the participants agree to release and hold the Organiser free and harmless of any all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the participation in this Contest. |
| 4. |
Participants also agree that the Organiser is not responsible nor liable for any delay, injury or damage to the participant's and/or any third party's computer, computer system or apparatus relating to or resulting from the access to www.purinaone.com.my, participation in this Contest, including the playing, downloading of any materials or information from the web-site including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction. |

The web-site www.purinaone.com.my is provided on an ”as is” basis and, except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, the Organiser expressly disclaim any warranty of any kind, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Organiser cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific results from use of www.purinaone.com.my. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us, or from or through www.purinaone.com.my shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein. |

| PROHIBITED CONTENT |
| 1. |
Below is a partial list of contents that is illegal or prohibited on www.purinaone.com.my. Posting of any of this content by the participant may, in the Organiser's sole discretion, result in termination of membership in addition to the disqualification of entry. In addition, the Organiser reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action, in its sole discretion, against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from www.purinaone.com.my and reporting such violators to the appropriate legal authorities. Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to, contents which, in the Organiser's sole judgment: |

- is offensive to the online community, such as contents that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
- harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
- involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," "spam," or any other unsolicited mass mailing, e-mailing, or other communication;
- includes any information that [1] the participant knows is false or misleading, [2] promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, or [3] is threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous;
- constitutes or includes any illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted or copyrightable work, including, but not limited to, [1] pirated computer programs or links to them, [2] information which circumvents manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices;
- displays obscene, pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
- includes material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner;
- includes material showing or depicting any offensive or violent acts whether involving other person or persons or any animal or not
- provides instructional information about illegal activities including but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.

| RIGHTS OF THE ORGANISER |
| 1. |
By submitting the photographs and the video footage for this Contest, all participants agree and acknowledge that the photographs and the video footage submitted by the participants and all intellectual property right thereto shall belong to the Organiser. The Organiser, without any further notice, shall have the exclusive right to use, edit, modify and publish all materials submitted by any of the participants, publish the name of the participants and use the names and photographs of the winners in any way it deems fit for any advertising, promotional, trade purpose and for any other reason whatsoever without any payment or compensation to the participant and the participants and winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials. |
| 2. |
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participants found to be associated with any animal cruelty offence or allegations in the present or in the past which may cause embarrassment to the Organiser. |
| 3. |
The Organiser, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest submission process, the operation of this Contest or to be in violation of the Conditions of Access of the web-site. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the PURINA ONE™ website member account of any person who it reasonably suspects has violated or infringed any of these general terms and conditions and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this online Contest, the Contest submission process or the web-site. |
| 4. |
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Contest in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser, despite the best efforts of the Organiser. |

| CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS |

The Judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.

By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by this Contest’s Rules and Regulations, and the decisions of the Organiser. |

The Organiser, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without any prior notice. |
| 4. |
The Rules & Regulations are given in English and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistencies between any of the TWO [2] versions, the English language version of the Rules & Regulations shall prevail. |
